A Movement For Change, Led By Women

We believe that any development agenda that excludes women and girls is fundamentally incomplete. Across Nigeria, millions of women remain locked out of opportunity not for lack of ability, but for lack of access.

SheRise Initiative exists to change that. We bridge the gap between survival and leadership, building intentional pathways for women and girls to move from exclusion to influence, from dependency to dignity.

Through evidence-based programs and deep community roots, we are building a new generation of confident, capable leaders who will shape Nigeria’s future.
